Hunter Biden agrees to pay child support to ex-stripper baby mama

Hunter Biden has agreed to pay child support to his ex-stripper baby mama, according to court papers filed Monday — dodging an appearance before a judge at the 11th hour.
The son of presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden had been scheduled to show up to an Arkansas court Wednesday to explain why he had failed to hand over financial documents in the case.
But the new papers show that he reached a last-minute out-of-court temporary settlement with ex-lover Lunden Alexis Roberts, with whom he has a 1-year-old child.
Hunter has agreed to begin paying monthly child support, as well as back payments starting from Nov. 1, 2018, to Roberts for their kid, the papers show. The temporary amount was not disclosed.
He still has to submit financial records to the court by March 1, after which a final amount will be set, the documents say. Another hearing is scheduled for March 13.
“The Court specifically reserves the right to retroactively or modify child support without the need for the filing of a proper motion by either party to modify support,” the papers state.
“If the evidence indicates that the defendant should have paid more in support than the amount set forth in this Order, the Court may order that he pay an additional amount after receiving credit for the amount he has paid.
“If the evidence indicates that the defendant paid more in support pursuant to this Order than he otherwise should have based off his income, then the Court may give him a credit toward any future support.”
Hunter also has to pay lawyers’ fees and court costs as part of the deal, the papers show. He must pay the back payments and lawyer and court costs by 5 p.m. March 1, the papers state. His first child support payment going forward is due Feb. 1.
He has claimed he’s broke — while renting a Beverly Hills mansion.
Hunter at first denied he was the baby’s dad, but a DNA test later showed he was, and the judge officially ruled earlier this month that he had indeed fathered the child.
